There are a total of 3 units in the house. They all have their own private entrances. You would you staying in the downstairs basement lower level of the house, there are 3 egress windows. You may hear footsteps and other sounds from upstairs. Sleeping areas include: - Queen-Size bed in the master bedroom. - 2nd bedroom has an amazing and unique Full-Size wall bed that can be folded up to transform into a desk, an exercise room, or a playroom for the kids. - Queen Size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette features: 2 burner induction stovetop, a small Ninja combination oven, toaster oven, air-fryer, mini-fridge, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and microwave oven. Please note, it's not a full size kitchen, it's a kitchenette so a smaller more compact version of a traditional kitchen. You can feel free to park in the street, in the driveway, or inside the garage! Guest access You have your own private entrance with a self-check in keypad on the door of the garage. This gives you access to the entire lower-level of the house. The owner does not share this entrance but instead, uses the main door of the house. Therefore, your indoor space is truly private. Note: You may hear footsteps or other noises from the upstairs apartment above.
