In the heart of downtown Southern Pines. We have also partnered with Birdie & Pine, a luxury boutique concierge service to offer private chefs, mobile bartending services, and much more. We can make your dream vacation a reality. This thoughtfully designed home offers a unique atmosphere, embodying a cowboy chic vibe! The space The Cowboy is located in the heart of downtown Southern Pines. Our stunning 2,000 sq ft, two-story home featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With a split floor plan and an oversized master suite, Bourbon & Bubbles is ideal for couples, families, or groups of up to 10. We have partnered with Birdie & Pine to offer a concierge service to coordinate local private chefs, mobile bartenders, or even event coordination. Please reach out in advance if you would like to utilize this service offering. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Suite - 1 King (Sleep 2) Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 - Queen (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 4 - 2 Fulls (Sleeps 4) Living Spaces: The stylish living room features a chic sitting area with a gorgeous plush sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing with your favorite movie or playing games with family and friends. Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a coffee bar, toaster, blender, crockpot, microwave, and oven. Amenities: Our laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer, along with complimentary Tide pods and dryer sheets. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. Our detached garage is the perfect space to unwind in with games for all ages. Events are allowed at our home for a nominal fee and/or Security Deposit pending the type of event. Guest access The whole house is available to guests! Other things to note If you plan to host an event, there is an event fee. The grill must be cleaned after use or guests will be charged an additional $100. There is a maximum of 4 cars allowed in the driveway, unless previously approved. If additional parking is needed, please reach out and we can advise for overflow parking. There is absolutely NO street parking allowed under any circumstances! This is a residential neighborhood in downtown Southern Pines and quiet hours start at 10PM. Please ensure you are respectful of our neighbors.
