The apartment is completely separate from the upper levels where the owners live. The home is built on a hill, so even though the apartment is in the lower level, you are still have lots of light and a beautiful view looking down to the back yard and Creek. As 50% of this apartment is technically below ground level, it stays very cool during the summer months. The previous long term tenant stated that they didn't need AC as it was always cool inside the apartment. Guest access There are two parking spaces available on a private off road driveway. The patio in front of the apartment is for the private use of the guests.
