Enjoy an exclusive view of the River, the FM Train Depot and Old Fort Madison from this 2nd floor true-studio apt. No cleaning fee for repeat and 5 star guests! The space has modern décor and all of the comforts of home. Railfans will enjoy the trains and river fans will enjoy the unique east-west river movement. There will be train sounds! The space comfortably sleeps two adults in its queen size Murphy bed. Please reach out with any questions. The space The space is in a historic building located on the second floor. There are steps and no elevator access. You can also enjoy the view from the patio facing the river and depot. There is grill available for tenant use. Other things to note The studio is on the second floor, there are steps to reach the apt. There is coffee and other amenities provided, but we ask that you replenish anything used. Note that with train traffic, comes train noise. There are complimentary ear plugs, but it is also part of the Fort Madison charm! We look forward to hosting you!
