Homeport is a beautifully preserved, mid-century, Nantucket-style bungalow hung with wisteria and surrounded by pine trees and flowering trumpet vines. Wood inside and out, with a vaulted ceiling and rustic wood-burning brick fireplace. Enjoy sunny mornings with your coffee on the deck, a quiet book under the backyard pergola and starry nights in your private hot tub. You are just a short walk to the beach, the bay, restaurants, Old Barney and lots of other activities. The space Homeport is on a quiet beach block (short walk to the dune). The main floor of the house has a living room with adjoining dining room, a galley kitchen, an office or third bedroom off the living room, a master bedroom with a half bath and screened-in porch/sitting room. There is a deck off the living room and a second deck with a built-in hot tub. The ground floor has a large room that can be used as a family room or additional bedroom (the owner uses it as an art studio), with a laundry room (washer & dryer) and garage.
