The space Back listed with North Wales Holiday Cottages after some refurbishment, the apartment is located on the ground floor, with just 4 steps between the split-level dining room and living room, and boasts impressive views from the raised lounge section of the split-level lounge-diner. The dining space provides ample room for a delightful family meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms comprise of two roomy doubles - both with kingsize beds - and two cosy twins, sleeping up to 8. There is one family bathroom, which is sizeable and includes a bathtub, shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC. The property is equipped with a range of modern amenities, such as a fully furnished kitchen, central heating, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washer-dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Additionally, garden furniture is available for guests to use. Bed linen and towels are provided. The park offers a variety of recreational activities, including a seasonal indoor swimming pool with a spa-pool and sauna, which is open from 9.30am to 5pm. Guests can also enjoy the stunning views of the Conwy Valley from the sun terrace. Children can have fun in the spacious and open grassed play area, which features swings, climbing frames, and a seesaw. Two 22kW EV charge points are available. These are shared with the rest of the park and you will need to download the Charge Assist app. Payment is 50p per kWh and a £1.50 transaction fee. Berthlwyd Hall Holiday Park is a five-star holiday and caravan park in Conwy, North Wales located just one mile away from the popular medieval town centre. Set amongst beautifully landscaped grounds, Berthlwyd Park boasts stunning countryside views of the Conwy Valley, taking in the idyllic and serene landscape that Wales is famous for. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment available to them exclusively for the duration of the reservation, and all of the public areas including the sun terrace area, pool and sauna (when facilities are available) and kids play area. Note that the main entrance is shared with other guests and you should only use the designated parking spaces. Other things to note Please note that the spa and pool facilities are open to all guests on site swimming pool available form 9:30am to 5:00pm. The Pool is closed on the following dates: from 24th December to the 27th December on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, between 14th January and 1st March.
