This almost 100-year-old home is located in historic downtown Loachapoka. Enjoy peaceful, country living only minutes from the “RV campground” and about 10 minutes from campus. Your spacious, quiet and relaxing space comfortably sleeps 4 adults. While we do have Wi-Fi, if you are depending on Wi-Fi for work or anything else, it is not totally reliable. Cell service can also be spotty. Feel free to explore the property and check out the chickens and whatever may be growing in the garden. The space Your space is connected to our home. Since we live here, you may see or hear us and our personal guests (family/friends, especially during football season and holidays). We also have a 9-year-old black and white dog named Phoebe who will greet you, with a few barks. She is sweet and friendly to all. She has access to our entire yard, and you will see her roaming about outside during your stay. However, we are very quiet/calm and will allow you relax and rest in your own space. You have complete privacy unless you want/need to interact. You have 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Double), a living room, and a spacious bathroom located in the queen bedroom . You have your own central heating and air with thermostat control for the entire area. Guest access You are also welcome to use the outside spaces. Our home is located on the corner of Pecan Circle and Park Street. Your private entrance with keypad faces Park Street. Please park to the left of the front door or on the grass or near the street.
