HILLSIDE HAVEN is anything but ordinary. This Tiny Home, over the bridge, up a hill & in the woods is merely 7 miles from downtown Greenville & it's indeed a memorable place, close to some of the areas most popular attractions. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores & plenty of shopping is conveniently nearby. We're also close to Greenville, Easley & Anderson Health Systems, as well as several of the universities & the I-85 interstate highway. Come live &  experience this fancy glamping adventure! The space Luxurious Full size foam mattress bed in the one loft, reading nook/storage in the other. Futon couch available for guests who prefer to sleep downstairs. Regular flushing toilet and shower with electric tankless water heater (takes a little while to get hot, but works great); Kitchen sink, Keurig machine for coffee or tea, microwave, two burner hot plate, folding table, Visio TV with Chromecast, plus WiFi; basically all the amenities of your home away from home, except for a washer & dryer. (Coin Laundry Facilities available off property) The deck has two rocking chairs and an umbrella and makes for a great hang out spot overlooking the neighbor's pond. What more can one ask for!? (Sorry, no permission to fish or swim in their pond though, or trespass on their property) 😊 Other things to note Please note that Hillside Haven is a non-smoking/non-vaping, drug free home, and we also do not allow pets ...for the sake of all guests; no exceptions. Also note worthy is that Hillside Haven is in the woods and so the odd ant or spider might also want to come and stay occasionally, but don't get your panties in a wad, we do hand out eviction notices to critters of any kind on the regular. 😁😂🤣 My wife and I really are very laid-back, and we sincerely want everyone to thuroughly enjoy their glorified glamping experience at Hillside Haven, nestled quite comfortably within our little hilltop community of 5 homes. We cannot control our neighbors, or their pets, so from time to time there might be some unwanted noise in the neighborhood, but hopefully not while you are with us! ❤️😀
