The space Comprises two spacious double bedrooms with king-sized beds (150cm x 200cm), black-out curtains, two large double wardrobes with in-built shelving, and dedicated work station desk in one of the bedrooms. The living room comes with a high-quality futon (from The Futon Company) that can be easily converted into an extremely comfortable double bed (135cm x 190cm). There is also a 43-inch Widescreen Full HD and 4K TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and the Disney channel (includes Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic programmes), providing access to hundreds of movies, TV shows and documentaries on demand. There is free connection to the high speed WiFi, and unlimited downloading / streaming is included. The dining table can be opened and extended to accommodate upto 6 people. A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal for all your culinary needs. Kitchen fixtures include an oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer combo, coffee maker (DeLonghi), fridge, freezer, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs etc. The kitchen leads onto a private balcony for that breath of fresh air. The bathroom is modern with a spacious bathroom cabinet, and the bath includes a built-in shower. There are full length mirrors in every bedroom and a further full-length mirror in the hallway. There are hangers in the wardrobes, an intercom to allow entry for your guests, a hoover, drying rack, iron, ironing board, and travel cot. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), guests can enjoy the combination of a refurbished apartment in a historic, prime and central location. Guest access Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Please kindly note that no smoking is allowed in this property. The apartment accommodates up to 6 adults: 2 adults sharing the king-sized-bed in bedroom 1. 2 adults sharing the king-sized-bed in bedroom 2. 2 adults sharing the double-sized Futon in the living room. If you are 5 or 6 guests, the sofa bed in the living room will be set up as a bed for your convenience. Please note that if you are 1-4 guests, it will be assumed that you are only using the king beds in the bedrooms, and do not need the sofa in the living room set up as a sofabed. However if you do need the sofa bed set up as a bed, then please let us know so we can inform the linen and cleaning company. Keys can be picked up at a keynest store, a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Check-in is between 4pm-10pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out is anytime before 10am on the day of your departure. A collection code will be provided to you shortly before your check-in date. Kindly note that due to insurance purposes, the cleaning company have regulations which prohibit us from allowing early check-in/luggage drop-off, or later check-out/luggage pick-up. If you are arriving by car, there are a number of paid parking places nearby, most notably Q Park and via the app or website Just Park, where you can find competitive daily parking rates.
