Use caution or just walk down the natural woods with caution and at own risk. The river does move quickly in the spring and you should use caution. There is swimming in the river but its a bit rocky for kayaking Infront of the house. But the noise from the river sounds like its right from a sound machine. The front of the house does not have shades. The windows are mirror tinted. All of the other windows have shades.
