The cabin features two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed—along with twin bunk beds in the hallway. There are also two full bathrooms. The space Amenities: -Hot Spring Pools & Hot Tubs: Relax in two hot spring-fed swimming pools and two hot tubs, open year-round -Sports Courts & Cornhole: Stay active with our multi-use sports courts featuring basketball hoops, tennis, and pickleball. For a laid-back activity, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole with family or friends. -Chalk Cliffs: Discover the historic Chalk Cliffs, renowned for their striking, chalky texture and stunning views. These unique formations are created by mineral-rich waters from the surrounding hot springs. Enjoy easy access to the trail right on the property for access to the Chalk Cliffs. Location: Conveniently located in Nathrop, CO, between Buena Vista (20 minutes away) and Salida (30 minutes away), our cabin is the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty of the area. Enjoy nearby outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and skiing. Explore the nearby trails of Mount Princeton, one of Colorado’s iconic 14ers, just minutes from your doorstep. Wi-Fi: Stay connected with the Wi-Fi available at Pomeroy. Winter Access: During the winter months, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the cabins and lodge in the event of snow. Accessibility: Please note that stairs are required to access the cabin. Pools: Our pools and hot tubs are open year-round and may operate on a rotating schedule, with one pool occasionally closed for maintenance. The pools and hot tubs are shared with other guests on the property. Like other hot springs in the area, we treat our geothermal-fed pools to maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. Check-In: Upon arrival, please follow the signs directing you to the office. Our office hours vary depending on the season and occupancy, so if the office is unstaffed when you arrive, don’t worry! A check-in packet with all the information you’ll need will be waiting for you on a magnetic board outside the office. Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Dogs must be well-behaved, on a leash outside, and not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for reporting any damages caused by pets. An additional fee will apply for pet hair on furniture. Pets must be housebroken, not bathed in the unit, and all waste must be cleaned up promptly. Linens are not to be used for cleaning pets. Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the property. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. A $75 cleaning fee is applied. Guest access Guests have access to all ranch amenities, including the geothermal-fed pools and hot springs, multi-use sports court, cornhole, horseshoes, communal fire pit, and hiking trails. Please note: Some amenities, like cornhole and sports equipment, are not available in the offseason due to snow and inclement weather. Other things to note Please note that the property you are booking is located at Deer Valley Hot Springs, a ranch offering multiple vacation rentals and a lodge. As such, other guests may be present on the property, and some amenities, such as the pool, hot tubs, sports court, and trails, are shared. Ranch Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 Quiet hours are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
