The living room is designed for relaxation, equipped with a propane gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights watching Netflix. Each room is fitted with smart TVs offering access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps. Outdoor amenities include a large wrap-around deck with a gas grill and ample seating. Additionally, there is a tranquil sitting area with a fire pit under the trees, making it a perfect spot for entertaining family and friends. Parking is available for a maximum of four cars. A list with names, addresses, and phone numbers must be provided 5 days prior to check-in. No loud or unreasonable noise after 10:30 PM. Respect neighbors by not playing loud music. Fireworks are prohibited. Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals. All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines (a community map will be provided for reference). Additional key fobs can be purchased at community office. key fobs are considered an optional service offered solely at the discretion of the community, and unfortunately, we have no control over their availability, pricing, or sale. Per community rules, trash needs to be deposited at common locations designated by the community. All guests must be registered with the community. A form will be provided for you to fill out as part of the check-in process.
