The space Located in Tagaytay Tropical Greens Village, Patutong Malaki South, Tagaytay City, this cozy 1-bedroom unit is ideal for couples and small family (maximum of 3 pax only) who want a staycation in the area. It is located inside an exclusive village in Tagaytay City with 24/7 security. Unregistered guests are not allowed entry. Requirements: 1. Photocopy of any two (2) valid government-issued ID with present address which will be presented to the village security guards. 2. Fully accomplished rental agreement forms which will be submitted prior to check-in. Other things to note This unit has a reliable internet connection. Lost key card is 1,500 pesos. Please make sure to keep it safe. No smoking inside the unit. Loud parties are not allowed. Pool area is open from 9am-4pm with an additional charge of 100/pax (Please note that schedule may change if there will be an event on the pool area).
