The space Welcome to the perfect place to stay in Charlotte! We are located close to the booming Plaza-Midwood Neighborhood, walkable to countless Restaurants, Breweries and Bars! Upon arrival, find convenient parking for 2 cars in the spacious gravel driveway and a welcoming front porch, perfect for unwinding. Step inside to the living room with comfortable couch and large smart TV. Embrace cozy evenings by the gas fireplace during chilly winter nights. In the back of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, featuring round table with seating for 4, allows you to create delicious homemade meals. We have a large screened in back porch which allows for alfresco dining. Experience the private and fenced-in back yard complemented by a small fire pit. Throughout the home, revel in the warmth of hardwood floors, complemented by tiled bathroom. Ceiling fans in the living room and 1 bedroom ensure added comfort for a refreshing atmosphere. The primary bedroom, features ample space, a queen-sized bed, large dresser for cloths storage. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, good sized closet and attached half bath. In the hallway between the bedrooms is the full bathroom complete with waterfall shower. There is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. This property is smoke-free and pet free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere including outside. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, except owners’ bedroom and closet. Other things to note Guests must be 21+ in order to book. Only guests listed on the booking are allowed at the home. Unauthorized guest will result in you being asked to leave the property without a refund. Only 4 guest are ever allowed to be at the home. We do not allow parties. A $500 fee will be charged if a party is held. No smoking permitted at this property. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking or evidence of smoking inside or outside the home. This is a pet free property if you bring a pet you will be asked to leave without a refund. The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toliet paper and paper towels based on your length of stay. We have a washer and dryer but do not provide laundry detergent.
