Urban Refuge: room #2

The space The apartment is bright, well-ventilated and extremely well located. It has an L-shaped living room integrated with the dining room and the varanda. It has wi-fi, a landline and a washing machine. It has two bathrooms, including a small one that is next to the laundry room. The four-story building has an elevator but no parking garage. A doorlady is on site Mondays thru Fridays from 6:30 - 4:00pm. Each guest has its own keys. An extra lock is activated at the front door from 10:00pm onward. Guest access The guests can use all the kitchen utensils and will have closet and fridge space for their own food. The kitchen should be kept clean at all times. In case room #1 is vacant, the guest can have access at the TV. During your stay Whenever you need something, just let me know; I'm at your disposal. Other things to note Vegetarians, Vegans, Spiritualists and LGBTQ welcome.
