Grandma's House. Jacuzzi bathtub/Low cleaning Fee

Welcome to Grandma’s house a place where you are always wanted and made to feel special. Where there are always good snacks and no one is in a rush. Take your shoes off and make yourself at home at Grandma’s house. Centrally located 17 mins St. Pete beach, 19 mins Madeira Beach, 31 mins Clearwater Beach, 9 mins downtown St. Pete, 19 mins Tampa intl airport. Wonderful indoor jacuzzi bathtub. Please note- Outdoor jacuzzi is currently not working. The space Grandma’s House has fast internet with a separate modem/router different than the main house so no one else is connected to slow down speed. Priced great with a low cleaning fee! We have backyard hens (not roosters). You can see their coop from your patio area but they have no access to your area. If you would like to hold one of the hens or feed them please let us know and we can arrange that. Please note that check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 10 am. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given for checkout. After 15 minutes, you will be charged $50. If you are an hour late checking out, you will be charged a full night’s stay. We are booked back to back and need time in between to properly clean and prepare the suite, which is why we cannot accommodate early check ins or late checkouts. Thank you for understanding. Only 2 registered guests allowed on the property. Please no outside visitors at anytime. Bringing outside visitors will result in a charge of $100 and possible cancellation of your stay.
