Coffee House is within blocks of downtown Cedar Rapids and in the New Bohemia (Newbo) district. Both hospitals within blocks (Mercy Hospital approximately 2 blocks north). The space *The first bedroom as you enter has a queen bed with a firm mattress. There’s space for a pack and play (which is folded and stored in the closet when not in use). Closet contains a 5th pillow for the bed, portable fan, hangers, and a spare set of bed linens. 2 towels and 2 wash clothes provided for this room. *The second bedroom has a softer, medium firmness, queen mattress. Closet contains a portable fan, spare bed linens, hangers, and an extra pillow. 2 towels and 2 wash clothes provided for this space *The third bedroom is on the back half of the house, just off the kitchen. It has a single bed and a writing desk with a wooden chair. Closet contains hangers, an ironing board and iron, and a vacuum. *Both Queen rooms have night stands and floor/table lamps for more relaxed evening lighting options. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans Guest access Whole house, porch, and yard access. Parking both on the street in front of the house or off street along the back alley Other things to note James and Mary are starting an adventure together as AirBNB hosts. We started Coffee House in November 2023. Coffee House is named for the “Kentucky Coffee” trees along the south side of the property. We have a couple houses and name them for the trees that grow there. We decided to host through Airbnb originally to provide a places for travel nurses and those working or visiting the areas hospitals. We hope we can provide a comfortable place for you, whatever the reason you’re coming to town.
