Located on a quiet residential street with a long driveway for off street parking; no street traffic/noise, Multiple pets are always welcome. Pets: food/water bowls, pet door, private/fenced yard. The space Our home includes... Bedrooms (2): Comfortable queen-sized beds and closets with hangers. Living room: Open and spacious with coaches and board games as well as a Smart TV. Office/Sun Room: The sunroom is designed as an office with a comfortable desk/chair surrounded with lots of natural light for remote workers. Fast Wifi. Bathroom: Shower/tub combo, bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and first aid kit. Kitchen: Well stocked with a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker/Kurig, tea kettle, coffee/tea selection, and olive oil. There are dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots/pans, slow cooker, and mini air fryer. Dinning table and chairs are also located in the kitchen. Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer inside the house with ample detergent and drying sheets provided. Iron also supplied. Backyard: Fenced and private with seating for family and friends to reconnect. There is a UNM corn hole set available for some outdoor fun. Cooling and Heating Systems: This home has one evaporated cooling system in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan for additional cooling. This house does not have central air conditioning. Additionally, the house has a floor heating system in each room and space heaters are also available. A maximum of two pets per stay will be allowed. Message the host to make arrangements or for special requests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the exterior locked garage and empty second lot in the back of the property. Other things to note There are security Ring cameras located on the property that are facing the front door/patio and backyard. These are not monitored during guest stays. There are no cameras recording inside the property.
