Guest access Guests will have free secured garage parking using our parking pass. Guest must use key fob to have full access to the building, unit, space and community amenities including the rooftop pool, gym, clubroom, yoga center, workspaces and lobby area coffee shop. Other things to note Smoking not allowed - $500 fee Late check out fee (15 min grace period)- $50 fee Pets not allowed - $300 fee $200 fee for lost key/FOB Include total number of guests on all reservation requests. Any issues or complaints must be directed to the host and NOT neighboring residents. Any violation will result in eviction by our courtesy enforcement officers with NO REFUND.
