A stones throw & find yourself at the Middle Park Village where you can enjoy a relaxing brunch. Equal distance is the shopping & dining of Albert Park. The beach & Albert Park Lake (GP track) are on your doorstep. Sth Melb Market is an enjoyable short walk. A few tram stops to MCG, Rod Laver & the heart of the CBD. The space THE SPACE Your Terrace stay is located in the highly desirable inner city suburb of Middle Park, by the bay. 
This relaxing space offers an ideal home away from home to unwind and enjoy the enviable local lifestyle.

Around the corner you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, the Beach as well as Albert Park Lake which includes the F1 Grand Prix track, Golf Course, driving range and Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre. A short walk and you are amongst South Melbourne Market and the Botanical Gardens. 
Both No 96 & No 12 Trams provide access to popular tourist destinations of St. Kilda, Port Melbourne, the City, Southbank, MCG, Rod Laver Arena & the sports & entertainment precinct. Limes and Neuron scooters and bikes are also accessible in this area and can take you on a fun ride to the MCG & sports / entertainment precinct or a scenic ride along the beach side riding track on Beaconsfield Parade up to all the action of Port Melbourne or St Kilda.   Everything is provided for a great stay providing luxury inner Melbourne living at its best.   
SLEEPING Main bedroom - 1 queen bed
 Second bedroom - The second bedroom is set up as a relaxing sitting room space with fireplace and piano by default. This can be reconfigured to accomodate one double sofabed (on request).   Please kindly advise in advance if you require the alternate confirgurarion to be set up for you. IMPORTANT: the maximum guest allowance is 4 people staying in the property per the listing. This is not to be exceeded. If this occurs a fee of $200 per person per night will be charged. Please book for the accurate number of guests staying. If 2 adults are disclosed and an additional guest attends and stays (up to the max 4 allowance) this will be charged at an additional $100 per person per night. If 3 guests are disclosed and 3 guests arrive and stay, no additional charges apply. Please kindly be open and honest with us upon booking. If changes happen, please let us know prior to check in or as they arise, prior to any additional guests staying in the property. Disclosing guests also ensures we can adequately provision linens and consumables for your comfort and enjoyment. Thank you for your help and understanding. GENERAL AMENITIES
Quality Sheridan bath linen are provided. Beach towels as well as fluffy couples robes are also available for you. Our beds are made up with luxury linens and bedding from Linen House, MCM House and Sheridan. Free all day parking is available in the street with no parking permits required.   Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Netflix, Binge and Kayo are all available.   The Kitchen is complete with a Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Crockery, Utensils, Fridge, Coffee Machine, Air Fryer, Slow and Rice Cooker and basic pantry supplies. Should you prefer to dine out, the Welcome Compendium will be full of lovely local recommendations. The Private Courtyard is perfect for entertaining and the BBQ is ready for use. If required, the Miele Washing Machine is located in the Kitchen area and detergent supplied. Drying racks are beside the fridge. We do kindly ask to please not hang wet clothes on any of the rattan dining chairs. These are soap wash chairs and will be destroyed in contact with moisture. There is a garment steamer in the bathroom cupboard under the sink.

 NO SMOKING Our Home is strictly smoke free. Our Home is strictly smoke free on the entire property and includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vapes. Any smoking will result in immediate eviction and a minimum cleaning fee of $300 or more depending on the extent of the impact to the property.   NO PETS PARKING Free all day parking is available in the street with no parking permits required. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The 12 tram and 96 light rail are right on your doorstep! The 1 tram is a short walk. 
NOISE AND NEIGHBOURS
 We request guests show kind consideration for the neighbours and the neighbourhood.
 Noise and amplified music must be turned down after 11:00pm.

 Parties are strictly not permitted under any circumstances. Access to the property by hair and make-up teams as well as professional / commercial photography and filming are not permitted under the House Rules. CHECK IN AND OUT
