Small, modern, quiet & comfortable room in our family home with optional breakfast. This is one of 2 single rooms we offer. 25 min easy walk (downhill) to Bath centre, train & coach stations. Good local bus service to the city centre and 5 min ride from Bath University, bus stop just 4 mins walk away - Private off road parking for your car or motorbike. The space There are 2 of us in our friendly, family home (since the youngest has now flown the nest!)- plus 2 lovely cats and a German Shepherd. Guest access Although your bedroom is small, it is carefully appointed for a very comfortable stay and is just along the passage to the shared bathroom. There is plenty of drawer and wardrobe space and a desk with good lighting. Each room has crisp cotton bed linen, soft duvet and White Company pillows for a perfect nights sleep... oh and an electric blanket if getting into a cold bed fills you with dread! Breakfast is optional - feel free to join us in our kitchen for a fresh brew of coffee, tea and toast; or just head out to one of the many cafés in the City. Tea & coffee making facilities in both rooms. During your stay We will always be here to welcome you on your arrival as far as possible. We are happy to offer advice on places to eat & things to do in the City. Breakfast available on request. If you would like to stay in the house during the day, please let us know, it is generally a B&B only😊 Other things to note We have a gorgeous, enthusiastic German Shepherd dog who shares one common space, the kitchen, although sometimes will follow us when being shown to your room. She is always pleased to see you with a lot of excitement but is kind and friendly and calms down in a short space of time. We have 2 fluffy cats too. You are most welcome to use the shower room on the ground floor- this is accessed through a shared family space. Feel free to play the piano too :)
