Come breathe in the serenity in this free-spirited, sun-dappled, plant-filled little 1 bedroom townhouse. Tucked away behind the Main Street of Buderim and an easy stroll to boutique shops, grocery store, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. 12 minutes drive to the beach and walking distance to the Buderim waterfall. *Please note, there is NO TV!!!* The space The downstairs area is open planned and minimalistic, housing many plant babies and rustic furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher and small microwave for your convenience. Tea and coffee is provided, and feel free to use any of the spices and condiments in the pantry cupboards. Enjoy the outdoor area which houses a simple dining table and second toilet. Keep your eyes peeled for Blue Tongue Lizards which like to roam the area. A washing machine and outdoor clothesline are available. There is an aircon downstairs. Upstairs, the area is also a very open space, connected with the downstairs area. The bathroom is a separate room, with toilet and shower. There is no aircon upstairs, but please use the fans and open windows to cool it down. The Birdsnest has NO TVs, but Wifi is available. Guest access You’ll have the whole unit to yourself. Other things to note Please note: no TV is in the townhouse. Aircon: turn on, press “mode” Fan in main bedroom: turn on bottom light switch on wall. Then use controller to turn on fan and adjust speed. Buderim is the gateway to the Sunshine Coast, and the Birdsnest is within driving distance to all the coast has to offer – beaches, waterfalls, the Glasshouse Mountains, fun parks, Australia Zoo, the Ginger Factory, Underwater World and many many more!
