Only a 45-min drive from Roberts Int'l Airport, conveniently located on Roberts Field Highway in Thinkers Village, Paynesville. Transportation is a breeze—step outside for a taxi. Enjoy cool evening breezes on our back patio or one of three balconies. Your cozy stay here is sure to make you forget home. Come, experience it yourself! The space Bedroom#1- one queen bed. Full bath. Storage for storing suitcases. Sleeps 2 Our property does not have Hot water. Most days are really Hot and the thought of hot water won't even cross your mind. If you want Hot water there is a bucket dedicated for each bathroom that you can heat water on the stove and use the bucket for your bath. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. Bedroom#2- two queen bed. Full bath. Storage for storing suitcases. Sleeps 4 Huge room for all the kids to share the space. Kitchen- has a gas stove that can be light with a match. We provide the gas. There are pans, pots, big dish pan for preparing meals all utensils needed to cook you favorite meal and eat. There is a electric Kettle and a microwave but since those take a lot of power we advice using it with caution. It helps when only one air conditioner is on when using the microwave. There is running water in the kitchen. The Back exit is through the kitchen. We advide that you use the gas stove to cook but If you want to cook outdoors our on-site staff can provide you with cookpot that uses charcoal. You will have to buy your charcoal and enjoy your cooking outside. Dining room- we put the fridge in the dining space for easy access since it is closer to the living room. there is a dinning table that seat 6 comfortable. Please Clean up after every meal so we do not have pest or ants during the dry season especially. Living room- has a comfortable couch, a TV as well as satellite TV. There are cartoons for kids, sports and other adult channels for your entertainment. When there is a heavy rainstorm the TV will not work for a time until the rain ceases. The remote is store in the ottoman in from of the couch. Please put the remote back in the ottoman after use so as not to loose it. Thanks for understanding. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and the 3 Balcony. Two- Bedrooms, 3 queen beds, Sleeps 6 people. There is also a back patio for guest to use that opens through the kitchen. No party is allowed to be thrown on the property. There is also a No Smoking🚭 policy on the property. If you need to smoke you can go outside through the front door. Thanks for respecting our policy. Other things to note We really want you to enjoy your stay. So please let us know early on how we can make your stay better. 😃 Please be aware that the air condition can ONLY be used through the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) or the Generator at a charge to you. This way you can choose to use the air condition as often as you wish. In case of a power outage, the small solar system can power on lights, fan, refrigerator, wifi, and other electronics for a few hours... at times 2 -4hrs. Instructions will be provided on how to purchase the (LEC) for using the air condition. LEC can be an inconvenience at times. In the event that LEC does not come on for a long period of time, There is a backup Generator that uses gas. You can use the backup Generator at a cost to you. We advice that when the Generator is on that you limit Air-conditioning use to 2 air conditioner. If you plan on using the Generator at night please buy your fuel in the daytime before the gas station closes for the night. This way you are not left in the heat if LEC goes out overnight as it often does. Topping up the Lec- or getting gas for the Generator are all walking distance from the house. Upon your arrival, our on-site maintenance staff will guide you through how you can go about purchasing LEC or buying gas if you want to use the Generator. They will also walk you through important details to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Mosquito nets on every window to ensure a comfortable and pest-free sleeping environment. During the rainy season around May to late October Liberia has lots of rain that can create flooding on roads and cause leakage at times. If for any reason you notice a leak in parts of the house please immediately notify myself or staff on site so that we can get the problem solve as soon as possible.
