Ideally located just off the Garden State Parkway and Routes 9 & 35, it’s a 40-minute drive to NYC and 30 minutes to Newark Airport. The space This is a completely private guest space with your own entrance. We curated this space to be self sufficient, cozy and as aesthetically pleasing as possible. We hope that you show it as much love as we put into the process of creating it. The space can accommodate 2 comfortably and a young child if needed. It includes a 55" Smart TV, 1 Gb high-speed Wi-Fi service, a full size bed that sleeps 2 and a twin size trundle bed for a child or adult (we recommend for a child), private bathroom and desk. The space also includes a hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and iron. The smart TV includes complementary Netflix and PLEX TV! EV CHARGING We offer onsite EV charging via a Tesla Wall Charger as well as a J1772 Adapter. In addition, we have a NEMA 14-50 outlet. We charge a flat fee of $10 per charging session. TRANSPORTATION You can get to the Airbnb and New York by train, bus, ferry and car. Details are in our arrival guide. Guest access The space includes a main living area and personal full bath. Other things to note Street parking is consistently available. Early check in / late check out is available. There is a mechanical sound when the toilet is flushed or water runs for a period of time. This is completely normal. In case of a power outage, our home is equipped with solar and a Tesla Powerwall, therefore we will have power during an outage! We have a tankless water heater which means the water can take a couple seconds to a minute to get hot but once hot, it is unlimited! Your safety and security are paramount to us. For this reason, we've installed security cameras outside our property only. 1 or 2 guests may visit but no overnight stays. If guest(s) stays overnight, you will be charged an additional guest fee per additional guest. The space was only designed to accommodate 2 adults and a young child. No excessive music. Please ensure key is returned at end of stay to avoid incurring a $35 replacement fee. Please ensure the inner shower curtain stays in the tray to avoid puddles on the floor. Every now and again movies and commercials are shot at our home. This does NOT affect your space. We will always let our guests know when this is happening. My family and I reside on the property as well but in a completely separate space. You may hear squeaky floors from time to time :-). During the week we are most active from 6am to 7am as we get ready to leave out for the day. We apologize for any resulting noise.
