The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single-story home is designed to accommodate everyone and has an array of amenities to choose from. Experience the beauty of Southwestern Michigan surrounded by professionally landscaped land and woodland animals. Cooking enthusiasts will enjoy the gourmet kitchen outfitted with double ovens and bountiful cooking supplies, perfect for utilizing the Weber grill. Our home is also on the wine trail for those looking for a weekend of wine tasting. Cyclists will find the best bike trails, and outdoorsy folks are minutes from an array of activities, from hiking to kayaking to SUPing. Hunters and fishermen will find prime locations near our home or walk to one of the many secluded beaches of Harbert and soak up the sun in a peaceful, serene environment. Antiquing fanatics will have numerous shops to explore. Everyone can enjoy the hot tub that’s open year-round and heated pool, open from Memorial Day through mid-October. Kids will love all the board games to choose from as well as the 65" premium flat screen tv & even karaoke! Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the property surrounding our home: front yard, pool deck, back yard as well as our fenced dog enclosure! However, white cottage next door is private property and not part of the airbnb. Other things to note Please be aware of a few important notes: - We offer a wide range of baby and elder-care equipment rentals for families traveling with those in need of special accommodations. Baby gear includes full-size cribs, high chairs, baby gates, pack & plays, excersaucers, baby tubs and a huge array of age-appropriate toys. Elder-care equipment includes rollators, walkers, portable wheel chairs, portable toilets. All are professionally cleaned & sanitized between guests - This is our actual home and not just an Airbnb so you will find our personal belonging in the house. Please be respectful of our belongings - While this is not one of our “pet-friendly”listings we will consider pets on a case by case basis. There is a limit of one pet per group and there is a pet fee. - Our home is professionally maintained by a team of landscapers, pool attendants and exterminators so you may see these individuals on the property during daytime hours. They will never have access to the interior during your stay - This home is in the woods. Spiders & ants happen! We have the entire property (interior & exterior and including lawn) treated for mosquitoes, ticks, and ants every 2 weeks by Orkin using pet-safe insecticides. But ants love little crumbs left by little hands and spiders love ants, so..... you get the idea. :) Please practice patience & tolerance if possible but definitely let us know about any pest issues that arise!
