Please consider that you are reserving a listing home located in the country, it is not unusual to see an occasional insect or small Tennessee wildlife (including Stuart Little on very rare occasions) during your visit. If this is an issue for you or anyone in your party please do not make a reservation. *There could be occasional maintenance issues and we will always resolve them in the quickest timeframe possible. *You could hear occasional gunfire off in the distance due to a gun range close by, however, the sound is typically not heard while inside. *Tree Service, Woodshop, and Sawmill Operation. As you can see in our aerial pictures, we operate a woodshop and sawmill on the property. Our operations are sporadic, however, there is the possibility that you will hear associated noises. This machinery is always operated during the day and is not loud enough to disturb you during your stay. You may see our Tree Service crew members early in the morning and/or in the evening as they begin and finish the workday, however, they will never interfere with your stay. - City of Lakeland License N#1001602428
