Living room has 46" TV, gas fireplace and futon the folds out into a double bed. Entrance is through our garage with a private door that goes down into the apartment. Guest access There is plenty of parking available, however no dedicated outdoor space on the property. Only access is the basement apartment. Other things to note Central Heating and Air is throughout the house, but there are no control panels in the apartment. Please communicate with us if it's too hot or too cool as we want to be sure you're comfortable. We can provide space heaters upon request and the gas fireplace puts out good heat also. Stand up fan is available in bedroom closet.
