The gated neighborhood is extremely safe and has 24/7 security. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is fully powered by solar energy so you can enjoy the benefits of living life completely off grid. The space Imported Tuft and Needle mattresses and quality linens ensure quality sleep during your stay. Our fully equipped kitchen features Viking appliances and an ice maker. Enjoy the outdoor loungers and shaded terraces for relaxing by the pool during the day. Unwind from your day with a bath in the outdoor bathroom looking up at the stars. There is a designated desk space in the third bedroom and fast wifi for remote workers. We want to mention that even though the house is 3 bedrooms, the solar system only allows for two bedrooms to use AC at night. One of the bedrooms will not have AC. Please make sure this is ok with your group before booking as running a 3rd AC will drain the battery and could damage the solar system. Other things to note We provide house cleaning 2 times a week during your stay. If you'd like daily house cleaning, please let us know and we can arrange that for you at an extra cost. For the best experience, we encourage all guests to have to their own transportation when booking Casa Grillo. A 4x4 is recommended, but not required. Rainy season will be difficult without a 4x4 vehicle. A private chef is available for hire. Please ask us for more information.
