It has everything you need. * Chester has so many great restaurants and cute shops. * Two golf courses, mini golf and four restaurants within 3 miles. * Live entertainment, dining, golf at Lake Almanor Country Club which is open to the public. * Great hiking at nearby Mt Lassen & Burney Falls. * Fishing is incredible here - Hamilton Branch is right around the corner! * You must visit Carol's Prattville Cafe ! You can boat there! * Stop by Plumas Pines Bar and Grill via the water! * Please bring your own beach towels and portable speaker for music. * This is a direct waterfront Cavco Cabin with awesome views! * We bought this cabin from a wonderful person who was a superhost and had ALL raving reviews for the last 7 years. The property is exactly the same as it was before, furnishings and all if you recognize the photos. This agreement will be emailed to you. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If law enforcement is involved, it is cause for immediate eviction. Please note that June thru August the cabin rents from Saturday to Saturday only. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
