This Moon Valley home is located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood with easy access to freeways, airports and fine dining. Kick back and enjoy your private sanctuary with jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ and heated pool (extra fee). Enjoy the hiking trails steps from the house. A perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The space This house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The views from every room are spectacular. The backyard is like an oasis. There are 4 bedrooms located upstairs, along with 2 baths that are fully stocked with linens, hygiene products, shampoos, etc. There is a 1/2 bath located downstairs for guest convenience. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the pool and spectacular views of the city. There are several seating areas so that guests can enjoy their morning coffee or their evening glass of wine. Guests can relax during the afternoon in the hammock and have access to stairs to the backyard for pool and jacuzzi. 2 out of the 3 additional bedrooms upstairs share a balcony that has beautiful views of the mountain to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. The house is equipped with WiFi and cable. Kitchen is fully stocked, so you can choose to cook at the house vs. going out to eat. Coffee bar is stocked with ground coffee as well as kpods. Refrigerator is stocked with coffee creamers. This is my residential home. When rented, I stay at my other property in the Phoenix area, so I am close by and available if a problem should arise. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property except for bottom floor bedroom and garage which contains personal storage. There is a huge hall closet downstairs which contains games, toys, hiking supplies and other items that you could use while visiting. Pool pump area in backyard should not be accessed. If guests want to have the pool heated (additional fee) arrangements need to be made in advance. Other things to note I stock the refrigerator with coffee creamers so that you could relax and enjoy your mornings. There are several coffee bars in the house (one off of kitchen and the other in the master bedroom). Ground Coffee and k cups provided along with numerous coffee creamers and milk. Due to the cost of having propane shipped in, there is a fee to heat the pool. The cost of the propane varies (similar to price of gas), so please contact host for fees. Propane Fee is $75 per day or $200 for the week.
