The guest will be sharing the foyer with host and family - We live as a family with 3 kids including a new born. Therefore there will be some noice during active hours despite the insulation in the wall. - Smoking and Vaping is not allowed inside or outside the house (at least 50meters surroundings outside the house) - this is a brand new house/ community and CONSTRUCTION going around.
