This unique and tranquil getaway is a 7 min drive to Playa Avellana and 20 min drive to Tamarindo. Duplex has separate entrances. Pool may be shared with the other unit/tenants if rented on the same days. House may also be rented completely if requested/available on the dates chosen. View calendar to verify or send a message confirming availability of the property in its entirety. Floor plans are identical with higher ceilings on upper unit. Minimum double occupancy is required. Guest access Duplex (2 Units) identical in floor plans. can be rented out completely if more rooms in necessary for larger occupancies depending on length of stay; to be discussed with owners. Otherwise lower unit is readily available with the upper unit adding a surcharge. If only one unit is rented, upper unit would be occupied by owner. Pool would be private if one unit is rented, otherwise shared with other unit. While rented, owner will not access pool. Yard is partially landscaped and partially fenced for privacy. Property is 25 minutes to Tamarindo and 12 mins to playa avellana. Sunsets are to die for here in Costa Rica. especially on the beack tho' even on the property. Other things to note Please inform owner of arrival times so he can give you keys to enter premises. Property will be available after 1:30 pm on day of arrival. Earlier times may be accomodated but must be discussed prior to arrival. Check out time is 11am. Owner Request that you remove shoes while inside the house, so as not to track in dirt. Please shut down A/C units if you're heading out for the day visiting the areas/beaches. The interior does cool off readily quickly with the Air Conditioning supplied.
