There are fishing poles and kayaks in the basement along with a canoe at the lake shore for summer use. Life jackets are in the basement. Use of these items is at your own risk. There is some ice fishing equipment and a hand auger if you want to try ice fishing in winter. Be sure to check Wisconsin DNR’s website to make sure you have the proper licenses for fishing and for the seasons on the various species of fish. Guest access The only thing in the basement is the electrical panel, electric hot water heater and furnace. You shouldn't have to come interact with any of those unless there is a problem, at which point I would expect a call from you, unless it would be more prudent to call 911 from your cell phone. Other things to note The driveway can be slippery in the winter, so if you don’t have a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle, you should park up at the garage instead of driving all the way down.
