The space This luxurious property offers an array of upscale amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Guests can enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, a modern fitness center, and a scenic rooftop deck. Additional features include a yoga studio, resident lounge, co-working spaces, outdoor courtyards, BBQ areas, and a pet-friendly environment with a dog park. Located in downtown Glendale, one of the top 10 safest cities in America, the property provides easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it an ideal place for both short-term and extended stays. Guest access I will be meeting you to handle the keys. Other things to note READ BEFORE BOOKING! CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Early check-in is possible upon request. Late check-out may be available upon request. Late checkouts will incur a $100/hour fee. EVENTS: We do not allow any events, including weddings, birthdays, or any other gatherings. OCCUPANCY: Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. Our rental rates are based on a maximum of FOUR persons, including children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in a $500 penalty per extra person, and the host reserves the right to deny access or require all guests to vacate the premises. QUIET HOURS: We respect our neighbors and adhere to Strict City Guidelines. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. No outside music is allowed at any time. Violations will result in a $500 fine and possible eviction without a refund. THERMOSTAT: To prevent damage, do not lower the A/C below 72 degrees Fahrenheit during your stay. MAIL: Guests may not have packages or mail sent to the property. PERSONAL PROPERTY: You are responsible for keeping your valuables safe at all times. By checking into the property, you waive, discharge, and agree to hold Host harmless and the real property owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to your stay at the managed property, including but not limited to any accidents or injury to yourself, your guests and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind SMOKING: No smoking inside the property. Violations will result in up to $2,500 in damage liability, including furniture damage or odors. SAFETY: No unlawful use of the property. No weapons, fireworks, flammable substances, hazardous materials, or illegal substances. Violations will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction without a refund. SURVEILLANCE: We have outdoor noise monitoring devices and 24-hour video surveillance on the exterior for guest security and to ensure house rules are respected. Do not tamper with surveillance and safety equipment. Report anything that needs replacing or fixing. MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS: We cannot guarantee against mechanical failures of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs, or pools/spas. Report any issues promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to repair quickly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made for mechanical failures, utility interruptions, maintenance problems, or construction in the area. We will look for alternative solutions to ensure guest comfort. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK GUESTS TO VACATE THE PREMISES WITH NO REFUND IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE VIOLATED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR HOUSE RULES, NOISE ORDINANCES, OR OCCUPANCY LIMIT VIOLATIONS. GUESTS AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL HOUSE RULES, NEIGHBORHOOD RULES, AND CITY LAWS AND ORDINANCES. ANY LEGAL MATTERS ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE ADJUDICATED IN THE CITY WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED. ALL GUESTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES.
