It's a small but lovely one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor(with big new elevator)in a quality building in the City Center just a few steps from Lake Promenade but away from noise. The best thing is that you will be walking distances from the main attractions:the Lake,Beaches,The Square,The Old City,Restaurants...You can enjoy on the private beautiful balcony and in the small yard in front of the building. The space It's small but beautiful and comfortable one room apartment well organized and lovely decorated with TV, WiFi, Air Conditioner, divided small place where you can cook and private bathroom. Balcony is arranged with green's and flowers in the spirit with this beautiful and unique city and is defenetly place where you can enjoy and relax. It's for max 4 Guests and depending on the number i arrange the space,putting extra beds,table,chair, working desk... Guest access You can use the elevator to reach the apartment on the third floor. If you have bike you can park inside the building but locked. In front of the building you can enjoy in the yard. Other things to note 1.We are always here for you and we will try to provide the best service to make your stay more pleasant.Please don't hastate to ask if you need anything. 2.*There few free parking place around the building (I will try to keep it for you if you ask in advance). * Other option is Paid Parking for 0.4€ per hour * Free Private Parking Space (300meters from the building BUT you need my confirmation in advance for this before you reservation. 3.For longer stays i can offer Landry and cleaning service for free.
