Kitty’s Place sits on the quiet Ramsay Bay side of a peninsula. The opposite side of the peninsula faces the mouth of the South River as it meets the Chesapeake Bay where you can watch the large ships pass through as they head in and out of Baltimore. Our home is ready for you to embrace the Chesapeake Bay experience; have a crab feast, relax and enjoy the water! As a bonus, in the summertime, it is not uncommon to see random fireworks displays from the dock. It is our favorite place to be during the week of the 4th of July! The home is clean and updated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, renovated full bathroom upstairs, updated main level full bathroom, fresh paint, new curtains and shades, replacement windows, quality furniture and supplies throughout. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, dock and garage, but not the detached shed on the street side of the property. Please exercise caution near the water - use of the dock, waterfront area, swimming and boating is at your own risk. Please do not dive in the water- it is deep enough for a mid size boat to dock, but not safe for diving. The water depth is constantly changing with the tide and it can be very shallow at times. Other things to note Please note that all guests must be registered and no large parties will be permitted. We thank you for being respectful of our friends and neighbors. Free parking for 2 vehicles is located on the back of the home, inside the fenced yard area. Like most homes in Edgewater, the water comes from a well. It is completely safe for consumption, but sometimes it is different from what visitors may be accustomed to. Some bottled water will be available at no extra charge. While the home has been updated and refreshed, it is an older home with a steep, narrow staircase and some uneven surfaces (mostly outdoors). Enjoy the charm and character of this 1960’s cape cod style home. Feel free to adjust the thermostat and air conditioning units (in warmer weather) to your liking. Registration Details 000830
