Here, the flair of the hundred-year-old factory meets modern architecture! During the day, the Ankerbrotfabrik is a meeting place for art, culture and shops. It is also worth looking at the event calendar to see if there is something on the program for your taste. You enter the house through a barrier-free entrance at street level. A generously sized elevator takes you to the 5th floor. In the anteroom you will find access to the roof terrace via an interior staircase, access to the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board for your use) and a cozy lounge area. From the anteroom, you can access your apartment with your own key. Parking directly in the courtyard is available for a fee in limited numbers - please ask directly if you need a parking space.
