The space Spacious 900 sq ft apartment with one bedroom, a daytime living area that converts into a separate bedroom with a sliding privacy wall, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and a large private balcony overlooking the Cruise Port, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features two double beds and an ensuite bathroom. The living room includes a convertible queen-size sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules), regular coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and serving ware. Washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. Guests enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, sauna, and free residential garage parking on-site. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Optional early check-in (2 PM) or late check-out (12 PM) available for $95 each, subject to availability. Please request at least 24 hours in advance. Guest access You'll have full access to your apartment, as well as all shared amenities within the building. On the 14th floor, you’ll find a 24/7 fitness center. During the day, guests can enjoy two swimming pools, a children’s playroom, and an adult lounge with table games—all free of charge. Additionally, there are separate steam rooms for men and women, as well as a restaurant and a hair salon on the ground floor, both open daily. Free parking for one vehicle is available in the on-site garage located on the 9th floor. Please note: this is a high-rise building with 14 levels of parking, similar to most Miami towers. The garage is suitable for standard passenger vehicles up to the size of a Chevrolet Suburban, Jeep Wagoneer, or Cadillac Escalade. Oversized custom vehicles and large pickup trucks may not fit. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee. Other things to note House Rules & Security Deposit Information Security Deposit A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in. This is not a charge, and it will be automatically released in full after your stay, provided there are no damages and all house and building rules are followed. We kindly ask that you review the rules below before booking to ensure you're comfortable with them. House Rules Quiet hours: No loud noise (music, TV, voices, etc.) between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events at any time. No smoking or open flames, including candles, inside the apartment or on the balcony. No pets allowed. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests total, at all times (day or night). Please note: The building has 24/7 hallway camera surveillance. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate removal from the property. Violation of any rule may result in immediate eviction by building security, and the entire group may be asked to leave, even if only one guest is in violation. The building management also reserves the right to contact local authorities (Miami Police Department) if necessary. Building Access & Registration Requirements To ensure a smooth check-in process and comply with building security standards: You must provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID prior to arrival. This is required to register you in the building system. Without it, you will not be able to check in, and your elevator access fob will not be activated. We also require the full names of all other guests in your group (no ID needed for them) before check-in. This allows the front desk concierge to grant access throughout your stay. Luggage Storage If you need to store luggage before check-in (4:00 PM) or after check-out (10:00 AM), the building offers a luggage storage room at $6 per item.
