Kenora just 5 min by car or boat. Grocery & liquor stores, deli, laundromat, restaurants, marina, & boat launch are 3 min from here. The space This 100 year-old, characterful cottage overlooks beautiful Lake of the Woods & has spectacular panoramic views. Built just 20 ft from the shoreline, lake access is easy with a swim-able, sandy shore and large dock area. It's a perfect, quiet place to get away & go fishing or unwind with family & friends. Yet, close enough by boat or car that you can easily access everything that this beautiful lake & town has to offer. Guest access Guests can use the main cottage and adjoining sleeping cabin, the huge deck that connects these 2 spaces, the parking area & the dock. *NO PETS ALLOWED* Other things to note You’ll enjoy as much fishing for pickerel, bass & muskie as you can handle. When/if you tire of that, nearby activities include public tennis courts, beaches, an 18-hole golf course, children's playgrounds & great hiking trails. We also have a pedal boat & a canoe that you are welcome to use (utmost care of these items & proper water safety precautions are expected).
