Guest will mainly interact onsite with front desk as you will check in with your reservation number. Free Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park shuttles make it convenient to hop on and hop off near lodging, restaurants, attractions and trail heads, view convenient maps to help you navigate. Please contact us if only one weekend day is required as there is usually a two night minimum stay on the weekends. Resort requires a $100 credit card hold as a security deposit. The security deposit will be used in the event that any onsite charges, missing items or damages to the unit occur. If no items are missing or damages are found, the hold will be released per standard banking practices.
