Perfect wedding venue!! Cabin living at Estes Park Resort doesn't mean roughing it. Take a walk to the river's edge to fish for trout, or pack a lunch and spread out on the spacious lawns. And don't be surprised to see an elk or two from the balcony of your luxury suite. Elk festival is in October! Parade of lights in November! Primary Guest must be at least 18 years or older to check into the Resort and have a valid credit card and photo identification. Guests will receive room assignment and parking pass at check-in. Guests should feel free to take advantage of the Resorts many amenities including: · River Front picnic grounds · Outdoor heated pool · Three outdoor hot tubs · Fitness center · Game room The Resort lobby is full on information on the area, local discounts available only to guests and you can pickup a copy of the calendar of Resort only activities.If you need a play-n-pack you will need to let me know in advance because they are available first come first serve basis at the lobby at no additional cost. Guest will mainly interact onsite with front desk as you will check in with your reservation number. We will email you a detailed brochure about the Resort upon booking that provides more information about the accommodations than we can list here. We regularly stay at this resort chain and are accessible via text or Airbnb mail during your stay to answer any additional questions that you may have. Estes Park is an outdoors-man's paradise with activities like: · Hiking · Horseback Riding · Fishing · Boating & Kayaking · Climbing & Mountaineering · Off Road Experiences · Golfing · Whitewater Rafting · Sledding · Snowshoeing · Skiing There is also tons of shopping, family friendly activities, festivals, museums and art galleries to explore. (Some may not be river front units) In Estes Park, getting around the village and into areas beyond its borders is easy. Free Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park shuttles make it convenient to hop on and hop off near lodging, restaurants, attractions and trail heads, view convenient maps to help you navigate. Please contact us if only one weekend day is required as there is usually a two night minimum stay on the weekends. Resort requires a $100 credit card hold as a security deposit. The security deposit will be used in the event that any onsite charges, missing items or damages to the unit occur. If no items are missing or damages are found, the hold will be released per standard banking practices. Check with the front desk to obtain information about the onsite wireless access (minimal fee applies) This resort is Business Travel friendly and has all applicable amenities available onsite (minimal fee may apply).
