There are 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath (just toilet). Access to private washer dryer set. Kitchenette equipped with full fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric fry pan, hot plate, silverware/ plates/cups. (NO OVEN). Large living room with 2 couches and 2 armchairs. Access to large yard with fire pit and chairs (some wood may be provided if available). Yard is plowed in winter time for easy parking. Big enough for many cars and trailers with 2 driveways for easy entrance and exit. Guest access Guest will have private entrance/ access to complete downstairs area as well as private driveways in and out. You can park in the grass below the house by the entrance to the basement, below the deck. Host live on first floor Other things to note Up stairs of home is occupied by grandparents with a small dog and cat on the property. Animals will most likely not been seen.
