There have been major updates and renovations to enhance your vacation experience! The first floor has a large dining/kitchen area, living room with TV, and a half bath. Upstairs features a master suite bedroom (with newly remodeled bathroom) and a private balcony that offers lighthouse/water views, as well as a second full bath (also remodeled) and another bedroom with a double bed and two twins. Lighthouse Estates offers a community pool and water access/shared dock for guests. Door access code will be emailed prior to your arrival, as well as texted to the phone number on file on the day of your arrival. Chincoteague Island - Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages! - No smoking is permitted on the premises. - No pets are permitted on the premises. - Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes.
