A comfortable mini-apartment with a modern design, very clean and on an excellent location in San Salvador. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe, security service is 24/7. The mini-apartment space is very functional, with a lot of natural light, well ventilated, with all the services that you could need, including A/C and hot water. In front of the windows we have a beautiful and big mango tree. This space is ideal for students, professionals, and tourists. Luis and Ena speak English and Spanish. This mini-apartment has an independent entrance, located on main floor, it is very clean, secure (24/7) and with a lot of plants around, including a centenary mango tree. The design is modern, its windows are large making the space very bright and comfy. Each detail of the mini-apartment was well planned to attend our customer’s needs. The space has certain level of noise isolation, a ceiling fan, A/C, and with a great artificial lighting system, including a nice lamp on the desk. The mini-apartment #1 has independent entrance. Inside the room, there is an individual bed, a desk, and ergonomic chair, a kitchenette, and a space to store your cloth. At the back there is a small private washroom with hot water and a lot of natural light. The only area that could be shared is a small terrace at the main entrance of the house. The space of the mini-apartment is private, 100% dedicated only for you. The mini-apartment #1 has an independent entrance, however, Luis and Ena will be available and ready to attend our guests' needs. The mini-apartment #1 is located in a private residential with not too many houses, it has security service 24/7. The neighborhood is quiet and well located. Around the area you will find: restaurants, banks, supermarkets, markets, malls, stores, doctors, hospitals, gas stations, parks, etc. UBER is the most recommended way to move around and the delivery food service in the neighborhood is second to none. The weather is fresh because the residential is located on the skirts of the volcano and our house has a lot of plants. With no doubt, UBER is the best way to move around the city. The location of the residential is well known by taxi drivers and for any kind of deliveries. We are on a main street, pretty close to one of the best universities in the country which everybody knows where it is, making it easy for the drivers to pick you up. Our house, where mini-apartment #1 is located, is on a main street. Because of that, the area could be noisy because of the traffic. However, the mini-apartment has a good level of noise isolation which makes it relatively quiet inside. Some noise could be heard although.
