Paradise in Antunes

Our property is a small farm on Antunes Beach, in the rural area of the municipality of Maragogi (AL). The area is 50 meters wide and two kilometers long. There are many fruit trees and native fauna, such as marmoset monkeys. The beach is waveless, shallow, protected by the second largest coral reef in the world, with the warm and crystal clear waters that give the place the reputation of being the "Brazilian Caribbean". This is an ideal place to connect with nature and enjoy the sound of the waves and coconut palm straws. The space Amidst the stunning nature and paradisiacal climate, full of coconut trees, cashew trees, mangoes, guavas, jabuticabeiras, jackfruit trees, breadfruit and araçá trees, frequented by birds such as: bem-te-vi, hummingbird, thrush, woodpecker, anú, kingfisher and cat soul, in addition to marmosets (monkeys), the ranch has, from the edge of the beach, 50 meters wide and two kilometers long. Guest access The main house, rented with all the furniture and trousseau, was built in the early 1980s, designed by us to be our family's private paradise. Outside, there is a U-shaped balcony overlooking the ocean and nature, equipped with a barbecue, sink, spaces to set up to 5 hammocks, a round glass table with space to accommodate about 7 people and awnings (to control the intensity of the wind), as well as Wi-Fi internet. Connected to the main house, there are four newly built en-suites, all with air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, double bed, spacious walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with marble finish. Between them and the main house, there is a garden and pleasant living space, as well as a beach tennis court. Other things to note On the beachfront, we also built a terrace with a wooden table, chairs, hammocks, barbecue, sink, bathroom, Wi-Fi internet, awning and beach shower. In front of the house, the sea usually fills up and dries out a lot. Thus, the landscape changes significantly during the days. In addition to unforgettable walks along the beach, when the tide is low, it is possible to walk to the reefs, about 1 kilometer away, where there are natural pools, with waters of unparalleled transparency and temperature, sandbanks and various colorful marine species that can be observed with diving masks. In addition to the natural beauty of the day, the nights are beautiful and starry, especially during the summer months, and enjoying them from the balcony or the beach is unforgettable, particularly the reflection of the moonlight on the sea. The water remains warm, inviting you to night baths. The main house has: a living room with three areas, consisting of a dining table with ten seats, a sofa, three sun loungers and a table with four seats for card or board games; a large, bright and ventilated kitchen, with utensils such as cabinets, pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery, a six-burner stove, two refrigerators, a large freezer, a table with chairs and a pantry; a service area with a bedroom and bathroom for employees, a washing machine, a storage room with beach objects; three suites, all with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Wi-Fi internet, windows overlooking the beach, wooden beds from Pará, cabinets and spacious bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV and a double bed; another has a bunk bed and a single bed; another has four single beds (which can be joined) and a crib. The site is cared for by a family, whose lady can offer her services, to be agreed upon. We are certain that your experience in our paradise will be more than satisfactory.
