Pam's Place is ideally located for access to supermarkets, restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable markets, ATMs, and local transportation. This 1 bedroom has all the amenities you need along with a nice view of the western sunset from the veranda. The space boasts a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Parking is provided so you'll have an easy place to park after exploring the island. We are COVID certified by the Antiguan government. Come stay and live the Caribbean life with us! The space There is a large bedroom, which is air conditioned with ensuite bathroom. The other areas are spacious but not air conditioned. The living/dining area, which has a high cathedral ceiling, is cooled by the breeze that flows down the corridor to the wide door and windows to the verandah. Guest access Guests have access to the whole rental space. Other things to note Immediately inside the door on the right is a red switch which is for the water heater. We asks guests to turn it off when it is not in use. Also, when the AC is on, please keep the door to the bedroom closed. Otherwise, please keep it off. Electricity costs are extremely high in Antigua. :-(
