Tv available in living room The host lives on site but does not reside in guests space however the common areas are shared with guest(s) from room 1 (if also booked during your stay). Any guests who have not booked with you through Airbnb are still subject to our extra guest fee ($25 per overnight stay) we ask that you confirm with the host that it is OK to have any overnight guests provide the amount of days they will be staying and cover the fee.
