Beautiful basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood with separate entrance. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen area with quartz countertops. Hardwood flooring with accent rugs. Very clean and spacious basement with two bedrooms, two queen size beds and a full bathroom. 20-minute drive to BYU campus, 25 minutes to UVU, one hour to SLC. Close to hiking trails. Sleeps up to four people. Well sanitized after each stay. Access to patio with gazebo and grill. The space You can enjoy the patio and grill without sharing it with anyone. The trampoline in the backyard is not available to the guests. You can have access to a washer and dryer if your stay is longer than a week. Given that this is a basement apartment, you may hear some noise from above (e.g., occasional footsteps, normal daytime activity—but muffled).
