The Red Lantern Inn is downtown Clifton Forge and within walking distance to Amtrak, restaurants, shops, C&O Railroad Museum, Historic Masonic Theater, Clifton Forge School of the Arts, Alleghany Arts and Crafts Center; Surrounded by national forests and three rivers, there are many places for hiking, biking, fishing and kayaking; close to Douthat State Park, Lake Moomaw, the Homestead and the Greenbriar The space The Red Lantern Inn has a lot of shared space and we hope that our guests will make themselves at home but also be respectful of others.
