To sleep comfortably: a large bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing room and full bathroom, blackout curtains with a 40" TV and Netflix, a study with a double bed and a single bed plus another full bathroom, with a 32" TV with Netflix and Chrome Cast so you can project from your own device and your accounts. You will have enough space for your clothes and belongings (bureaus, chests of drawers, dressing room, coat racks, ceiling fan in all areas of the house, desk, bookcase; a nice and spacious kitchen with granite countertops equipped with: coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, 4-burner grill, gas oven, two-door refrigerator with freezer, stainless steel cookware, all the necessary accessories to prepare your food as well as a small pantry with the basics for cooking and not making unnecessary expenses. A small garden in front of the house, a garage for a car or large van with an electric gate and a service patio in the back with a table with an umbrella, chairs, a washing machine and a barbecue that you can use.
