Enjoy our sweet Kailua cottage located just outside downtown Kailua and less than a mile from the beach. Our large studio has it's own private entrance and outdoor sitting area. **MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL- PLEASE INQUIRE REGARDLESS** Our cottage is less than a mile from the beach and Kailua town where you will find markets, shops, restaurants and more. The cottage is about 400 square feet with a CA King bed, 2 leather recliners, an outdoor seating area, and a separate kitchenette area. Guests will have their own private entrance, access to their own washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels and mats. Our house is on the property and we are here for anything you may need. I am easy to get ahold of via phone or email most of the day. We live in a residential neighborhood that is about a mile from town and the beach (about a 15 minute walk). There is a bus stop about 75 yards from the house. It's about a 15 minute walk to Kailua town and the beach. There is also a bus stop about 75 yards from our house. Our entry way to the cottage is a gravel lined path that is a bit narrow. If you use assistive walking devices or are elderly, this may not be the place for you.
